Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of MindSolutions.app (the "Service"), provided by Mind Solutions, 907 29 Umeå, Sweden ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mind Solutions turns study material you provide into flashcards that can be exported to Anki. Cards are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes — always check important facts yourself.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and confirm your email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in SEK including VAT.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
• You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and the subscription is not renewed.
• Template purchases and credit packs are one-time payments. Credit packs do not expire.
• Usage limits for each plan are shown on the Pricing page.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Swedish and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because digital content and services are delivered immediately, you agree when purchasing that delivery starts at once and that your right of withdrawal ends once you start using the purchased content or service. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the material you upload and the cards you create. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the Service. You must have the right to use any material you upload and must not upload unlawful content.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not try to bypass usage limits, payments or security measures.
• Do not resell, copy or redistribute our paid templates outside your own personal study use.
• Do not use the Service to harm others or in breach of law.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

The Service, its design and the purchasable card templates belong to Mind Solutions. A template purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own decks.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it is always uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost study time or exam results. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or on the Service before they apply.

10. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the general courts of Sweden.
